The hotel is located in the centre of the town of Guadalupe beside the Santa Maria de Guadalupe monastery. The region is known as Las Villuercas- Ibores. The village can be accessed by car or bus from Madrid or Cáceres (125 km away) and links to public transport can be found nearby. There are a number of bars and night life locations in the locality and Orellana Lake is some 50 km away. The Guadalupe River, the forest and the river are all just a short walk away. Ermita del Humilladero is only 4 km away, Montfragüe is some 125 km away, and Trujillo is only 80 km away.

This splendid establishment is located in the old 15th century San Juan Bautista’s Hospital and the 16th century grammatical college, offering a total of 41 rooms. The unique orchard garden, the arcade and white walls give an indication of the spacious interior. The hotel offers a lobby with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, currency exchange facility and lift access. A café, TV room, restaurant and conference facilities also feature.
