Hotel RIU Playacar
The State of Yucatán is located on the Yucatán Peninsula. It borders the states of Campeche to the southwest, Quintana Roo to the east and southeast, and the Gulf of Mexico to the north and west. As a whole, the state is extremely flat with little or no topographic variation. The exception are the Puuc hills, located in the southern portion of the state.

The beach in playa del carmen is nothing like 2001 I can say.The RIU Playacar Hotels private part of the beach,was one of the best in the Playacar area (if not the best)

How was the beah cause ive eard that the beaches have got really bad is it true??’ last time i went was in 2007 and i stayed in the iberostrar an the beaches where ok! but ive been tol that they have got worse soo..
