Al día siguiente hubo un dual meet Belice-Yucatán en Plaza Diamante, y los trebejistas locales mostraron abrumador dominio ante sus huéspedes.

El domingo, tras la entrega de premios en el mismo lugar, los beliceños, con sus ocho entrenadores y dirigentes, visitaron el céntrico club “Bobby Fischer” —calle 57 No. 514-B altos entre 62 y 64—, donde su directora, Concepción Godínez Bautista, les regaló seis corceles de plástico.
